Lightweight MonoFil Gate Carabiner
The ANGE L carabiner is halfway between traditional trigger carabiners and classic clip-lock carabiners. Petzl's MonoFil technology and the H-shaped profile give it a light weight of 34 grams and an optimal weight/resistance ratio. The shape of its tip and the Keylock system prevent the carabiner from getting caught unintentionally during the clipping and unclipping phases. In this way, it is perfectly adapted to users of long routes who want to go light, but do not want to give up the ergonomics of a standard size carabiner.
Description

- With a weight of 34 g, it allows you to lighten weight when climbing on walls or in the mountains.
- Optimized carabiner size and weight/resistance ratio, thanks to the H-shaped profile.
- Ease of clipping and unclipping:
- MonoFil gate that ensures smooth opening and closing of the carabiner, thus increasing its useful life compared to traditional clip-lock carabiners. The clip closure is protected on the sides in case of friction (against the rock...).
- Keylock system designed to prevent accidental snagging on the gear loop, pitons, rope or straps.
- The tip of the carabiner is provided with an opening to allow the evacuation of ice, snow or gravel.
- Back of the flat carabiner that provides excellent stability in the hand or in clip-on carabiners.
- Wide contact surfaces with the rope and the anchor to favor the passage of the rope and increase the wear resistance of the carabiner.
- Available in two colors: blue and dark grey.
