KNOW HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT ICE AXES AND CRAMPONS
Providing the most suitable equipment for different mountain activities is what motivates us at Petzl every day! For this reason, the ice axes and crampons that we develop and sell in our ranges are designed to allow you to progress in different terrains, from hiking on glacial terrain to dry tooling, including more or less technical mountaineering. Each product obviously has its preferred field, but their versatility also allows them to be used for complementary purposes, which we are sure to find on our mountain outings.

Using the right technical equipment for each terrain also means progressing with greater confidence. But making the right choice is not always easy, so here are some guidelines for logically combining Petzl ice axes and crampons as packs depending on the type of activity.
